A wash is the exterior: hand wash, dry and wheel dressing, about 45 minutes. A full detail is inside and out — foam cannon, bug and salt removal, interior shampoo and extraction, every jamb, vent and panel by hand — and takes anywhere from one to eight hours depending on the vehicle and package.
Yes. Salt removal is included in every full detail. We neutralise and hot-water extract rather than just vacuuming, which is the only way the white staining actually leaves the fibres.

A wash is under an hour. A full detail on a sedan is one to three hours; on a large SUV or a VIP package, plan for most of the day. Ceramic coating usually needs the vehicle overnight so the coating can cure properly.
It removes swirls, holograms and light scratches — anything sitting in the clear coat. Damage deep enough to catch your fingernail has gone through the clear coat and cannot be polished out. We inspect first and tell you which of the two you have.
