Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. Booking online is free and takes about a minute — no card, no deposit, no booking fee. You pay when the work is done.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Properly applied over corrected paint, a premium ceramic coating lasts years rather than the few weeks you get from wax. Longevity depends on the product tier and how the vehicle is maintained, and we will tell you honestly what to expect for your car before you commit.
What is the difference between a wash and a full detail?
A wash is the exterior: hand wash, dry and wheel dressing, about 45 minutes. A full detail is inside and out — foam cannon, bug and salt removal, interior shampoo and extraction, every jamb, vent and panel by hand — and takes anywhere from one to eight hours depending on the vehicle and package.
Can you get road salt out of my carpets?
Yes. Salt removal is included in every full detail. We neutralise and hot-water extract rather than just vacuuming, which is the only way the white staining actually leaves the fibres.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do when there is room, but booking online is the only way to guarantee a slot and it costs nothing. Call us if you need something the same day.
How long should I leave the car with you?
A wash is under an hour. A full detail on a sedan is one to three hours; on a large SUV or a VIP package, plan for most of the day. Ceramic coating usually needs the vehicle overnight so the coating can cure properly.
Will paint correction remove every scratch?
It removes swirls, holograms and light scratches — anything sitting in the clear coat. Damage deep enough to catch your fingernail has gone through the clear coat and cannot be polished out. We inspect first and tell you which of the two you have.
